Tracking time changed?

Has the tracking times changed, I have had a purchase that hasn’t tracked and support has replied saying it can take 5 days and to email back after 5 days, so should we wait 5 days now before we contact support?

support say five days incase your purchase is just taking a little longer to track x

Doesn’t that mean that we should leave 5 days before emailing, I emailed after 24 hours and was told I need to email again after 5 days
